  • Please make your reservation at least one day in advance.
  • Provide detailed reservation information, including flight number, accommodation address (in Korean or English), number of passengers, and amount of luggage.
  • Each booking assigns one STARIA or CARNIVAL, accommodating up to 6 passengers and 7 pieces of luggage. However, depending on availability, a SEDAN may be assigned instead of a STARIA or CARNIVAL
  • Enter the exact address of your accommodation. If an incorrect address is provided, responsibility lies with the user, and refunds will not be issued.
  • Enter your LINE or WhatsApp ID as an emergency contact.
  • A confirmation email with driver details and vehicle number will be sent within 24 hours of booking. This information can also be viewed on My Page.
  • The driver will wait at the gate with a sign for easy identification.
  • Taxis typically wait in front of the accommodation 15 minutes in advance. Refunds are not available if you are late, so please be punctual.
