* The 48-hour physical card-type pass will stop being sold starting from October 10th. After October 10th, only exchanges will be available, and exchanges can be made at all 10 exchange locations.

* Starting August 22, the BIG3 and BIG5 will no longer be available for purchase. Additionally, the exchange locations for the BIG3 and BIG5card have been reduced and will now only be available at Gimhae Airport, Busan Station, and Busan Business Hotel.

Mobile Pass

1. Please enter all the required information in detail and proceed with the full payment.
2. After the payment is completed, a voucher will be issued.
3. After confirming the voucher on My page or in your email, please present the mobile pass QR code to the staff at the ticket office of the attraction.
4. Follow the instructions of the staff to use the attraction at a free or discounted price. (View all attractions)

Physical Card Pass

1. Please enter all the required information in detail and proceed with the full payment.
2. After the payment is completed, a voucher will be issued.
3. After confirming the voucher on My page or in your email, visit one of the designated pickup locations. Please refer to the information below for pickup location details.
4. Present your passport for identity verification and the physical card QR code to the staff to exchange it for the VISIT BUSAN PASS physical card.
   • Depending on the stock of physical cards at the pickup location, it may not be possible to receive the card on the same day.
   • The operating hours of the pickup locations can change without notice, depending on the circumstances of each business.
5. Follow the instructions of the staff to use the attraction at a free or discounted price. (View all attractions)

• The VISIT BUSAN PASS is exclusively for foreigners. Koreans cannot purchase or use the pass, and presenting the pass at partner attractions may result in denied entry.
• This product can only be used by the person who made the reservation, and the voucher must be carried by the reservation holder. 
• After making a reservation, it is not possible to modify the entered information, so please carefully enter the required information.

• When exchanging for a physical card at the pickup location, please be sure to carry your passport for identity verification. Depending on the stock of physical cards at the pickup location, same-day collection may not be possible.
• Please note that the operating hours and days off for each attraction may be subject to change depending on each attraction's schedule. Please confirm before visiting.
• Please activate the pass within 6 months of purchase.
• The validity period varies for each pass and it becomes activated upon first entry to a touristic attraction.
• By using the pass, you can visit each attraction for free or receive a discount.
• Free and discounted tourist attractions may be subject to change due to operational reasons. Please refer to the official website.
• You can visit each attraction only once.
• The operating hours and closing days of each attraction can change according to the schedule of the attraction, so please make sure to check before visiting. (View all attractions)
• The transportation card does not have a separate expiration date. As long as it is recharged after issuance, it can be continuously used in Korea.
• Please note that Ryan Holiday in Busan is permanently closed.
