There are 2 purple and 3 blue attractions in the tour. Each attraction requires more than 30 minutes of transportation, and the stay at the attraction can be at least 1 hour. Just use the spa land, Songdo Cable Car, and Slope Luge. Super cost-effective, with free attractions, time is really not enough in Busan

Cancelation Policy

If you cancel Before exchanging and using the QR, a 100% refund will be given. If you need a refund, please contact help@creatrip.com. The refund process may take about 7 days.
Partial refunds are not possible. For example, if you purchase 3 tickets and need a refund for 1 ticket, please cancel the entire purchase and repurchase.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be refunded.
If you use a free tourist facility once or charge/use it as a transportation card, the pass will be activated and refunds will not be possible.

Things To Keep In Mind

The VISIT BUSAN PASS is exclusively for foreigners. Koreans cannot purchase or use the pass, and presenting the pass at partner attractions may result in denied entry.
This product can only be used by the person who made the reservation, and the voucher must be carried by the reservation holder.
After making a reservation, it is not possible to modify the entered information, so please carefully enter the required information.
Please show the QR code only from [Creatrip—My Page—Reservations]. Showing a captured or printed version of the QR code may result in a denied entry.
When exchanging for a physical card at the pickup location, please be sure to carry your passport for identity verification. Depending on the stock of physical cards at the pickup location, same-day collection may not be possible.

Please note that the operating hours and days off for each attraction may be subject to change depending on each attraction's schedule. Please confirm before visiting.
Please activate the pass within 6 months of purchase.
The validity period varies for each pass and it becomes activated upon first entry to a touristic attraction.
By using the pass, you can visit each attraction for free or receive a discount.
Free and discounted tourist attractions may be subject to change due to operational reasons. Please refer to the official website.
You can visit each attraction only once.

The VISIT BUSAN PASS physical card can be used as a transportation card. It comes pre-charged with 3,000 KRW, which can be used for transportation. You can recharge it at convenience stores or subway stations.
The transportation card does not have a separate expiration date. As long as it is recharged after issuance, it can be continuously used in Korea.
