4. Enjoy the tour!

• Please make sure to specify your shuttle bus boarding location while making a reservation.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and refunds will not be possible.
• The departure time may be delayed on the day depending on road conditions.
• Generally, the travel itinerary is not affected by rainy days. However, in the case of severe natural disasters preventing travel, you can either change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats, meals, or admission tickets.
• One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.
