It was boiled and divided according to the number of people, so we ate it comfortably. The boiled meat was very delicious and the noodles were not as salty as I expected, so I enjoyed it. For 4 people, it would be good to order about 3 servings of boiled pork and noodles, and if you don't have enough, you can order rice and roll it up.

Gomguk Poetry Collection. I didn't know about this place and my heart felt small, but after eating the boiled pork, noodle casserole, and gomguksi here, my heart felt grand.
Here are the seasoned ssamjang and Muknet ID ssamjang. If you dip the Cheongyang pepper in between oiling the boiled meat, it's great^^
As for the tenderly sliced boiled pork, my companion guided me from the part with the most lean meat to the part with less oil. When you dip the moist and greasy part in a pinch of salt and eat it, you'll hear the sound of 'ppangpare'.
The radish on top has a slightly sweet taste, but it tastes like an adult. The gomguksi served in the middle is a clear soup like Andong guksi. Also, the simplicity itself.
The noodle casserole is different from the gomguksi in that it is seasoned with red pepper powder, but the combination of the spicy-based soup with the fragrant crown crown and the chewy texture of the home-made noodles are just GOD! If you add kimchi with a lot of garlic flavor, it's 2♡
You can clearly feel the foundation of a long career, from the old but cleanly organized items to the vibe of the aunt who does everything from 1 to 10.

Jeongol Noodles is a style of eating noodles that are like medium-sized noodles boiled in a spicy meat soup-like broth.

The taste is a slightly spicy yet clean meat soup. It also tastes like something refreshing to eat.
The noodles had a good amount of broth between them, so it was delicious to eat.
There were many ingredients such as mushrooms, green onions, crown crowns, and meat, and the meat was sliced thickly and had a chewy texture.
Overall, the quantity is good. If I don't have enough, I can make porridge, but I don't eat it because I'm full.
The sujeonggwa served for dessert has a strong taste.
