Korean Restaurant Reservation Service

🌟 We only provide reservation services and do not have any partnerships with the restaurants. Therefore, the establishment may not be familiar with the reservation screen from Creatrip. When you visit, please inform the restaurant directly of the name of the person dining (please use the name as it appears on the voucher. If you haven't received a voucher, please provide the English name of the person who made the reservation).

⚠️ Please make a reservation according to the correct number of people! If the number of people is selected incorrectly, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

💌 Please make sure to provide a valid email address when applying for a reservation! If there are any additional requests or confirmation issues, we will contact you via email.

🛵 If the restaurant is not available for reservations, consider using the Creatrip delivery service. We deliver food from over 30 popular Korean franchises, such as Kyochon Chicken, Goobne Chicken, BHC Chicken, Samgyeopsal, Tteokbokki, and Gimbap, right to your hotel. Same-day orders are also possible! Search for "delivery" in the Creatrip search bar.

❓ What should I do if I want to change or cancel my reservation? 

If the order status is "Waiting" and there are more than 3 days until the scheduled date, you can apply for cancellation. If the order status shows "Confirmed" or "Used" it means we have completed the order processing, and we can only assist you with canceling the reservation but cannot provide a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please email us at help@creatrip.com.

Please note that this is a point-refund system. If your reservation fails, the paid amount will be refunded in points and not through the original payment method (Orders from non-members and online coupon use are not applicable). Once you proceed with the reservation, it implies your agreement to strict monitoring to prevent any misuse. If any inappropriate behavior is detected, we reserve the right to confiscate all your points and prohibit your future access to related services.

Creatrip has started a reservation service for restaurants that require a deposit! If a deposit is needed, we will contact you using the email you provided when booking. If we do not receive a reply or the deposit within 2 days after sending the email, your reservation will be automatically canceled. Please make sure to check your email.

The payment (handling fee) is the fee paid to Creatrip, not a deposit for restaurant reservations. The cost of meals and expenses on the day cannot be offset and must be fully paid by the customer.
