Reservation Info

  • Please make a reservation at least 2 days in advance.
  • Please note that there is an additional surcharge of 30,000 won for holidays (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) as well as late-night hours on weekdays (22:00 to 05:59), regardless of the vehicle type.

Cancelation Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation up to 3 days before departure, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • However, if you cancel your reservation within 2 days before departure, no refund will be provided.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please provide the exact name of the driver who will be holding the picket.
  • Please set the boarding time 1-2 hours after the flight arrival time, taking into account the immigration process.
  • In case of flight delays, an additional fee of 30,000 KRW per hour may apply (payable on-site).
  • We offer transportation services to all areas in Seoul. Please provide the precise destination.
  • The standard luggage size is 24 inches, and anything larger than 28 inches will be considered as two pieces of luggage.
  • Please note that the meeting locations are different for Incheon Airport Terminal 1, Incheon Airport Terminal 2, and Gimpo Airport Terminal.
