Reservation Info

  • Operating Day: Every Tuesday (excluding public holidays)
  • Operating Hours: 07:10 - 18:40
  • Please make a reservation at least 4 days prior to departure.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 days before the tour: Full Refund
  • Cancellations 3 days before the tour: No Refund
  • In case the DMZ area is closed due to political or safety issues, you will be notified in advance, and we will provide either an alternative route or a refund.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Inclusions: Round-trip transportation, guide service (in English and Chinese), admission fees, Camp Greaves experience fee
  • Exclusions: Meals, personal expenses, travel insurance
  • A passport is required to enter the DMZ, so please be sure to bring it.
  • Due to security reasons, tours may be canceled and departure dates may be changed or refunded.
  • The itinerary may be subject to slight changes depending on road conditions, traffic situations, and tourist site circumstances.
  • One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.
