Cancelation Policy

  • Cancelations requested up to 2 days before the tour date: 100% refund
  • Cancelation requested 1 day and later than the tour date: No refund

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Included: Round-trip transportation, admission fee, and English guide.
  • Not included: Meal expenses, traveler's insurance, and personal expenses.
  • This product provides an English and Chinese guide.
  • The itinerary may be subject to slight changes depending on road and traffic conditions, and tourist situations.
  • Departures will proceed on rainy or snowy days, but if the weather is severely bad, the departure date may be changed or refunded.
  • Rail bikes have 4-person seats, so groups smaller than four will need to share with others. If you prefer a 2-person bicycle, there's an additional charge of 5,000 KRW per person, which you need to pay cash for on-site. Please let us know during your reservation if you prefer a private bike.
  • Infants under 24 months of age can join for free, but a separate seat cannot be provided.
  • Legoland is only free for children under 24 months old.
  • One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.
  • If you bring a wheelchair or stroller, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com.
