If you cancel your tour reservation up to 8 days before the departure date, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 7 days or less before the departure, no refund will be given.
Please note that partial refunds are not available even if you do not use the entire itinerary.

Confirmation of the product's availability will be provided after checking the reservation.
Required information (number of people, pick-up time, pick-up location, guide usage, desired tourist attractions) must be provided for reservation confirmation. (Children aged 3 or above are included in the number of participants)
You can visit a maximum of 3-4 places within one region (East, West, South) for tourist attractions.
The driver can communicate in simple English and will only drive to the destination.
Guides are available in English and Chinese, and payment is made on-site to the guide on the day of the tour. (English: ₩350,000, Chinese: ₩250,000)
Car usage time is 10 hours, and additional fees of ₩20,000 to ₩25,000 per hour will be incurred on-site for extra time.
The tour will proceed on rainy or snowy days, but if the weather is severely unfavorable, the tour departure date can be changed or refunded.
