  • Period of Operation: March 1st, 2023 ~ December 31st, 2023
  • Days of Operation: Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Please be sure to make a reservation at least 7 days in advance.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancelation 7 days before scheduled departure date: 100% refund
  • Cancelation 6-4 days before scheduled departure date: 50% refund
  • Cancelation 3 days before scheduled departure date: Non-refundable
  • Cancelation rules apply to reservation changes as well.
  • Partial refunds are not possible if you choose to discontinue mid-tour for personal reasons.
  • The tour may be canceled even after payment completion due to reasons such as the number of participants or reservation status.
  • Cancelation requests can only be accepted during business hours (Business hours: Mon-Fri 10:00-19:00 / Excluding national holidays)

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Included: Entrance fees, guide services (English/Chinese), round-trip transportation, lunch
  • Not Included: Personal expenses, travel insurance
  • This tour requires a minimum of 10 participants. The tour may be canceled depending on the number of participants.
  • This tour will depart even on rainy or snowy days, but if the weather conditions are severe, the departure date may be changed or you will be refunded.
  • The itinerary may be subject to slight changes depending on road conditions, traffic situations, and tour situations.
  • Children under 36 months old can join the tour for free but will not be provided with a separate seat.
  • The Yeongjongdo Seaside Railbike can accommodate up to 4 people and will be assigned according to the number of people.
