Cancelation Policy
- Cancelation 7 days before scheduled departure date: 100% Refund
- Cancelation 6-4 days before scheduled departure date: 50% Refund
- Cancelation 3 days before scheduled departure date: Non-refundable
- Cancelation rules apply to reservation changes as well.
- Partial refunds are not possible if you choose to discontinue mid-tour for personal reasons.
- The tour may be canceled even after payment completion due to reasons such as the number of participants or reservation status.
- Cancelation requests can only be accepted during business hours (Business hours: Mon-Fri 10:00-19:00 / Excluding national holidays).

- Children under 36 months can join for free but will not be provided with a separate seat.
