Visiting Alpaca World, Nami island and the rail bike was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Korea! From the moment we arrived, the scenery was breathtaking rolling green hills, fresh mountain air, and a peaceful atmosphere that felt worlds away from the city.

The alpacas themselves were absolutely adorable gentle, fluffy, and surprisingly friendly. Feeding and walking them was such a unique experience, and the staff made sure everything felt safe and enjoyable. I loved learning more about them through the guided tour, and it was clear how well they were cared for.

What really impressed me was that there was more than just alpacas. The park had other animals, interactive zones, and plenty of spots to relax and take photos. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like a kid again, no matter your age.

Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or even solo, I can’t recommend Alpaca World enough. It’s fun, memorable, and a refreshing break from the usual tourist spots. Definitely a must-visit in Korea!

The tour guide enthusiastically introduced the scenic spots and reminded the group members at any time when and where to use the toilet. There are many alpacas and they are super cute, suitable for friends who like animals. The snow scenery on Nami Island is quite beautiful. There are charcoal fires along the road for heating, and there are cafes and restaurants. It is a good place for a leisurely walk in the manor, or having a drink in a coffee shop and enjoying the snow scenery outside. Rail bikes are also fun, you can ride them by yourself or with other people. Recommend this itinerary!

I booked this tour last minute as my initial tour of Nami Island and Chuncheon was cancelled. I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the day. Our guide Mike was very experienced and kind and the day was well planned and executed. I would recommend this event to anyone who lives animals and nature because it is an amazing experience. I was also offered the choice to try Chuncheon famous dish, dak galbi and it was cheap and delicious! Looking at my fellow tripees, this trip works for all types of travellers.
