                            Cancelation Policy

                            • Cancelation 8 days before departure: 100% refund.
                            • Cancelation seven days prior to departure: 50% refund.
                            • Cancelation 6 days before departure: Non-refundable.
                            • If you want to change or cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service center during business hours. (Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 / closed on weekends and national holidays)
                            • Reservations cannot be changed within 24 hours of departure.

                            Things To Keep In Mind

                            • The boarding criteria are based on adults, with a maximum of 7 adults allowed per boarding. As for carry-on luggage (based on 28-inch size), a maximum of 6 pieces are allowed.
                            • The vehicle number and driver's information will be sent by the day before the usage date.
                            • You must make a reservation at least 4 days in advance.
                            • After getting off the plane, meet the driver holding a picket with your name at the exit closest to the baggage claim, so please be sure to enter your name accurately!
                            • Please book the service time 1-2 hours after your scheduled flight arrival time, considering the arrival procedures.
                            • When returning, please set the pick-up time 3-4 hours before the departure time of the flight, taking into account the departure procedures.
                            • If delay times are long, there may be additional charges.
                            • Please be sure to check the license plate and car type before getting in the car.
                            • Children over 36 months of age are the same price as adults.
                            • Please confirm an international roaming service or SNS account that you can be contacted at (LINE, Whatsapp, etc.)
                            • Only accommodations located within Seoul are available for this service (ex: hotels, guesthouses, etc.).
