Information

  • Operating Period: December 8, 2024 to February 28, 2025 (departs everyday)
  • Participants: 4-42 people (additional costs may apply if the minimum number of people is not met)
  • Please be sure to make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
  • The day before departure, the tour company will send the vehicle number and guide contact information via SMS or SNS.

  • Excluded: Personal expenses, Travel insurance, Meals, Ski equipment rental

  • Canceled 10 days before scheduled date: Full refund
  • Canceled 4-9 days before scheduled date: 50% refund
  • Canceled 1-3 days before scheduled date: Non-refundable
  • Reservations cannot be canceled or changed within 24 hours of departure.
  • Please contact our customer center during business hours to cancel or make changes to your reservation. (Business Days: Mon - Fri 09:00-18:00 / Closed on weekends and national holidays)

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Bus seats are not assigned and can be chosen in boarding order.
  • Customers on 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, and 4-day tours will depart on the same vehicle.
  • You must present your passport to exchange for SNOWYLAND tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged without a passport or alien registration card.
  • The minimum number of participants is 4. If the minimum is not met and you still wish to proceed, additional costs may apply.
  • Schedules are subject to local conditions. We are not responsible for temporary safety inspections or attraction closures, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Personal travel insurance is not included in any itinerary. Outdoor activities carry certain risks, so customers should assess their participation based on their health and ability. The company is not liable for any injuries caused by unforeseen factors or accidents beyond our control.
  • Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early.
  • Departure times may be delayed due to road conditions.
  • Travel plans are generally unaffected by rain.
  • In case of extreme natural disasters making travel impossible, you can change the departure date or receive a full refund.
  • Please adhere to the meeting time. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows and will not be refunded.
  • Children over 24 months are charged as adults, and children under 24 months are free (meals, bus seats, and tickets are not provided for free children).
  • Please bring your passport, as staff will check to verify children under 24 months.
  • No child seats are provided.
