- ⚠️The response time for LINE is from 13:30 to 22:00 daily and is available in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Keep in mind that at other times, it may be difficult to get a quick response.

- When entering the delivery address, you must enter the correct room number (eg, A-Apartment 201, 103). If you enter only the apartment name and room number, the delivery will be difficult and no refund will be given.
- Delivery to companies, hotel rooms, school classrooms, or celebrity lodgings/company is not available. Even if it is returned, it will be non-refundable. When delivering to a hotel, the courier cannot walk to the door due to security concerns. You must wait in the lobby at the scheduled time and be ready to pick up your order.
