They were very very nice and helpful and the museum was very clean and had a relaxed environment. There were some problems with the voucher and they were very helpful with trying to figure out the voucher situation we had even though we couldn’t speak Korean very well. And even though there wasn’t much time left before they closed but my dad was still able to make a figurine. Thank you so much!!

Very much recommend. The staff was super friendly and helped when we had technical difficulties. Make sure you have your QR code before you go. We ran into a few issues with Creatrip.

It can be seen that care and maintenance of the environment and dolls are taken care of. You can also enter and exit the venue unlimited times on the same day + the transportation location is convenient. If you are interested, I recommend you to visit~

A sacred place for figure lovers. A variety of figures with different concepts on each floor were pleasing to the eye, and it was nice that if you had a visitor's belt, you could visit again and again on the same day. However, the relatively small space and exhibits did not have the latest figures and focused on older characters, so the latest figures were not available. If you want to see it, don't visit. The facilities are already showing signs of age and need some maintenance.

It was a shame that Star Wars, which I liked, wasn't there.
I would definitely recommend it to people who like One Piece, Marvel, DC, and Gundam.

- Closed on: Every Monday, January 1st, and the first two days of the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays. However, if Monday is a public holiday, the facility will be open.

- If you don't use the ticket, you can get a refund if you request cancellation within the validity period.
Things To Keep In Mind
- This ticket is only available for use by foreigners.
- You can use it freely within 90 days from the date of receipt of the voucher without specifying the reservation date.
- The voucher will be issued within 1-2 business days after reservation, and you can check it in [My reservation] or the email you provided.
- The voucher includes a QR code, so exchange it for a physical ticket at the ticket office on the 1st floor of the Figure Museum.
- If you want to experience making a figure, please use it after the museum visit ends.
- The number of visitors and experience participants may be limited for a comfortable viewing experience.
- Strollers and wheelchairs may not be allowed in some exhibition halls.
- Food, smoking, and drinking are not allowed.
- To protect the exhibits, the use of tripods, flash, and commercial use is prohibited.
