Things To Keep In Mind

  • You must make a reservation at least a week in advance.
  • If you cancel your reservation 7 days in advance, you will get a 100% refund. If you cancel 3 days in advance, you will receive a 70% refund, and if you cancel 2 days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. After that, you will not be able to receive a refund.
  • This class is available for 1-2 people.
  • This class requires a machine to be used, so only those over 19 years old may participate for safety reasons.
  • ​7 days before the reservation, you will receive an 11-minute long instructional video on tufting in English via email. After watching the video and familiarizing yourself with the information, please select a design you'd like to use.
  • 3 days before the reservation, you will have a detailed consultation with the instructor regarding the design you'd like to make. You must decide on a final design the day before the reservation.
  • You will be contacted through email or social media regarding the reservation and online consultation. Please be sure to enter your contact info accurately and check your email regularly.
  • Only those that are involved will be responsible for any accidents that may occur during the class.
  • This class includes an instructional video, a welcome drink (juice, tea, water), a snack (candy, cookies, etc.), and any equipment and materials required for tufting.
  • This class does not include transportation, travel insurance, or personal expenses.
