• Starting July 25, 2025, the LINE channel (@creatrip) will be discontinued. After payment, go to [Order History] → tap the chat icon in the bottom right → then select [Live Chat] to continue with delivery. Please see the guide below! 
• Until July 25, 2025, delivery orders will still be handled via the LINE channel (@creatrip) as before.

• Delivery hours: 14:00-22:00 (KST)
• Note: Deliveries and support are not available during the lunch break (14:00–15:00 KST).
• Support is available in Chinese, English, and Korean. For other languages, we will assist using translation tools.
• Depending on traffic conditions, your order may arrive about ±30 minutes earlier or later than the time slot you selected. We appreciate your understanding, as it may be difficult to guarantee the exact time. Same-day delivery time changes are not possible.
• Please check your chat messages starting 1 hour before your selected time. We will provide real-time updates. If you do not check messages, delete the conversation, or leave the chat room, your order may not be delivered properly. Please make sure you stay connected.
