Vivaldi Park Ski Resort 2 Days & 1 Night Tour | Seoul Departure

3. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. The tour departs on time.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early.
• Departure times may be delayed due to road conditions on the day.
• Generally, travel itineraries are not affected by rainy weather.
• In the event of extreme natural disasters that make travel impossible, you can change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.
• Please adhere to the meeting time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and refunds will not be given.
• Customers on 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, and 4-day tours will depart in the same vehicle.
• December 24, 2024, December 28–31, and January 24–February 1, 2025, are peak seasons when securing rooms is particularly challenging. As a result, reservations may be canceled, or additional charges may apply.
• Personal travel insurance is not included in all itineraries. Outdoor activities carry certain risks, so customers must assess their participation based on their health and abilities. The company is not responsible for accidents or unforeseen factors causing bodily injury due to force majeure.
• The itinerary is subject to adjustment based on local conditions. No responsibility is taken, and no refunds are given for temporary safety checks or tourist site closures.
• Children aged 3 to under 12 are charged the child rate, those 12 and over are charged the adult rate, and those under 36 months are free (free children do not receive meals, car seats, or admission tickets).

Ski/Snowboard 

• The beginner ski lesson will have 15-17 students per instructor.
• The minimum size for ski equipment is a foot length of 17 cm, and for snowboard equipment, it is 21 cm. Children with smaller feet cannot ski, so please check the child's foot size in advance.
• If you choose to switch to snowboarding, snowboard equipment will be rented free of charge instead of ski equipment.
• To enter the ski resort, ski clothes and equipment must be worn. Free children and non-skiers will have to wait outside as they do not have clothes and equipment.
• Ski lift tickets can be purchased on-site. Guides and ski instructors can speak Chinese, English, and Korean.
• Please take good care of rental equipment. If damaged or lost, charges will apply according to the price (lost goggles will be charged at 30,000 KRW per pair).
• Guests departing on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays can switch to SNOWBOARD, but lessons will not be provided.

Accommodation

• You will stay at Sono Vivaldi Park Resort & Hotel Tower B. Groups of 2-3 people will be assigned to family rooms, and groups of 4-6 people will be assigned to suite rooms.
• Rooms are assigned according to the hotel's allocation and cannot be changed on the day of the tour.
• If you want to use a single room, an additional room charge will apply.
• To have hotel breakfast, please arrive at the restaurant by 08:30 at the latest.
• For luggage storage after hotel checkout, please prepare four 500 KRW coins per suitcase.
• The resort provides five towels. If you need more towels, there is an additional charge of 500 KRW per towel.
• The room is equipped with bedding sets, a TV, a telephone, a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a hairdryer.
