  We will send the vehicle number and guide contact information via SMS or SNS the day before departure.

• Included: English/Chinese guide service, driver and tips, round-trip transportation, fuel fee, toll fee, ski resort admission (3 days), moving walkway ticket, ski clothing and equipment (ski/snowboard, snowshoes, ski apparel, goggles) (3 days), Sono Ski Resort (2 nights and 3 days), hotel breakfast (2 times), SNOWYLAND admission ticket, beginner ski lesson (1 hour)
• Not included: personal expenses, travel insurance, meal expenses (excluding 2 hotel breakfasts), ski hat, scarf, gloves, ski lift and gondola ticket

How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.

2. Your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 days after completion.

3. Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes before. The tour departs on time.

4. Enjoy the tour!

• Please arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting location.
• Departure time may be delayed depending on road conditions on the day.
• Generally, travel schedules are not affected by rainy weather.
• If the trip is not possible due to severe natural disasters, you can change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.
• Please be punctual for the gathering time; if you arrive late, you will be considered a no-show and refunds are not available.
• Customers on 1-day, 2-day, 3-day tours depart in the same vehicle.
• December 24, and 28-31, 2024 | January 24-February 1, 2025 are peak seasons with the most difficult room availability. Consequently, reservations may be canceled, or additional costs may occur.
• Personal travel insurance is not included in all itineraries. Outdoor activities entail certain risks, so customers must assess their participation based on their health condition and capabilities. The company is not responsible for any accidents or unforeseen factors causing bodily harm due to force majeure.
• Itineraries are adjusted according to local conditions. The company is not responsible for and does not refund due to temporary safety inspections or closures of tourist attractions.
• Children aged 3 to under 12 are charged a child fare; those 12 and older are charged an adult fare; children under 36 months are free. (Meals, car seats, and entrance tickets are not provided for free children.)

Ski/Snowboard

• If you need a private ski/snowboard lesson, same-day reservations are not possible, and advance booking is required.
• Beginner ski lessons will have 15 to 17 students per instructor.
• Minimum size for ski equipment is 17cm foot length, and minimum size for snowboard equipment is 21cm foot length. If a child under 3 years old wants to ski, you can check on-site with the guide if the smallest size equipment fits. If it fits, you can pay on-site.
• If you choose to switch to snowboarding, we will rent snowboard equipment free of charge instead of ski equipment. 
• You must wear ski clothing and equipment to enter the ski resort. Free children and non-skiers must wait outside since they do not have clothing and equipment.
• Please take good care of rental equipment. Fees will be charged according to the price in case of damage or loss (30,000 won per lost goggle).

Accommodation

• We will be staying at Sono Vivaldi Park Resort&Hotel Tower B, with family rooms assigned to groups of 2-3 people, and suite rooms assigned to groups of 4-6 people.
• Rooms are assigned according to the hotel's layout and cannot be changed on the day of the tour.
• If you want to use a single room, you must pay an additional room charge.
• To have breakfast at the hotel, you must arrive at the restaurant by 08:30 at the latest.
• After checking out of the hotel, you will need four 500 won coins per suitcase for luggage storage, so please prepare them in advance.
• The resort provides 5 towels. If you need additional towels, there is an extra charge of 500 won per towel.
• The rooms are equipped with bedding sets, a TV, a telephone, a refrigerator, WiFi, an electric kettle, and a hairdryer.
