How to Reserve 

1. Please enter detailed booking requirements such as desired options, dates, etc. 

2. The reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 days after completion.

3. Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes before. The tour will depart on time.

4. Enjoy the tour!

• For 1-hour Basic group ski lessons, we will introduce ski equipment, how to get up after falling, basic posture, direction change, and stopping methods.
• Please note that it is mandatory to wear a helmet for skiing or snowboarding (pay 10,000 KRW in cash on-site).
• If you want to experience a high slope using a lift, please choose the package with lift included.
• The tour duration may vary depending on weather conditions and ski resort conditions.
• Due to safety and equipment size issues, the ski option is only available for children aged 7 and above.
• It is recommended to inquire about the availability of child equipment sizes before making a reservation.
• Extra caution is needed for safety when practicing with children at the ski resort.
• There may be changes in the schedule depending on traffic conditions or weather situations.
• It is not mandatory, but it is recommended to have injury/travel insurance before participating in this activity.
• We are not responsible for any loss during the trip. Please take care of your personal belongings.
• If you are bringing a wheelchair or stroller, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge, but a separate seat will not be provided.
• One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.
