USIM Activation Guide
- Check the SIM card tray location on your mobile phone.
- Separate the SIM tray by poking it with a SIM ejector pin.
- Separate the SIM card.
- Check the shape of the SIM card and SIM tray, then insert the SIM accordingly.
- Fully insert the SIM tray into the phone.
- Restart the phone (for carrier frequency transmission).
- Select "Confirm" when the data roaming popup appears.
- Verify the normal usage of the mobile network on the upper right side of the SIM card.
USIM Compatible Devices
- Only compatible with models that have a USIM module integrated into the device.
- Refunds are not possible due to incompatibility reasons. Please check your device compatibility before making a purchase.
- More compatible devices may be added later based on the manufacturer's policies.
- Devices with a country lock cannot use USIM services. Please unlock the device before use.
- For details on compatibility and usage of unlisted devices, please check with the manufacturer.
- iPhone: iPhone 7 and later models
- Android: Models released since 2016 with OS version 6.0 or higher.
- Other: Xiaomi, Huawei models released since 2016.

How to Check Country Lock Status
Go to Settings➜ General ➜ About
If it shows "No SIM restrictions" under the carrier lock section, the country lock is lifted.
If locked, please request an unlock from your current carrier.

How To Use
Delivery
- The parcel dispatch time is 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
- For domestic deliveries, the shipping period is 1-2 days, and for Jeju area, it takes 3-4 days.
- Please be sure to provide detailed address information, such as room number or floor.
- If you have not yet entered Korea, please inform us of the exact arrival date in advance.
- The USIM can be used starting from the day of entry into the country.
- The reserved date in Creatrip is the date of receipt at the Korean address.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancellation and changes are possible up to 3 days before the pickup date. If you wish to change the pickup date, please contact help@creatrip.com.
Things To Keep In Mind
- You cannot cancel or suspend the prepaid SIMs after purchase. However, you can contact Chingu Mobile to extend the service once the usage period has expired.
- The 30-day, 60-day and 90-day SIM cards cannot be extended. Customers who wish to extend their service should reserve the 120-day or more.
- All B_USIM cards are initially activated for 30 days. If you purchase a 60, 90, or 120-day plan, the remaining days will be automatically recharged.
- For A_USIM, if you activate it with your passport, you cannot use it once you leave Korea, and no refunds will be provided in this case. For B_USIM, it can still be used if you leave and re-enter Korea within the validity period.
- If you have an alien registration card, you cannot open it with your passport. Please scan your alien registration card and send it to help@creatrip.com.
- If you are applying for an alien registration card, you cannot open it with your passport. After you have completed issuing your ARC, please scan your ARC and send it to help@creatrip.com.
- If you have been issued a foreigner registration card, please apply for a change with Chingu Mobile.
- SIM cards will be sequentially activated starting from 10:00 to 19:00 on Monday through Saturday. Activation is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- Same-day activation is only available for people who arrive in Korea before 17:00.
- If the SIM does not work even after activation, please take it out and put it back in 3 to 4 times, and reboot your phone.
- After you activate a 30-day plan SIM card, you cannot get a new 30-day plan SIM card for the next 94 days.
