How To Use
- Discount is only available for reservations through Creatrip. On-site purchases will not receive a discount.
- Only those that are currently residing in Korea or have travel plans to Korea can apply for the SIM. The SIM can be used from when you enter the country.
- If the SIM does not work even after activation, please take it out and put it back in 3 to 4 times, and reboot your phone.
Things To Keep In Mind
- The scheduled date in the system is the date of receipt by delivery.
- The SIM cannot be canceled or suspended after purchase. The usage period can be extended by contacting Chingu Mobile.
- If you have an alien registration card, you cannot open it with your passport. Please scan your alien registration card and send it to help@creatrip.com!
- If you are applying for an alien registration card, you cannot open it with your passport. After you have completed issuing your ARC, please scan your ARC and send it to help@creatrip.com.
- Due to various circumstances, the product can arrive 1-2 days later than scheduled.
- You must input your address and contact number and attach your passport photo and ID photo in the required information.
- If possible, please input a local Korean number.
- The SIM is sent to you after activation so the days are counted from one day before your requested delivery date.
- Please input your room number and floor in the address.
- The 30-day and 60-day plans cannot be extended. Customers who wish to extend must reserve the 90-day plan.
- If activated using a passport, the SIM will be deactivated once you leave the country.
- If you have an alien registration card or used your alien registration card to activate the SIM, you cannot activate the SIM with your passport. Please send a copy of your alien registration card to Creatrip's email.
- After you activate a 30-day plan SIM card, you cannot get a new 30-day plan SIM card for the next 94 days.
