              Things To Keep In Mind

              • Please reserve at least 2 days before departure.
              • Depending on the train type, the train might stop at a train station. Please look out for which train station you have to disembark.
              • You can only reserve tickets that are one month from the current date.
              • Cancellations and refunds are possible up to 3 days before departure. Please request cancellations and refunds at help@creatrip.com.
              • Tickets are in high demand on Korean holidays like Seolnal and Chuseok. If tickets are not available, you will get a 100% refund.
              • The prices above have Creatrip booking service fees included.
              • If the SRT train attendant asks to see a copy of your ticket, show them the voucher on the My reservation page. Use the free wifi "SRT-free" on the train to retrieve the voucher.
              • Seats cannot be chosen when making reservations but adjacent seats are normally assigned to people in the same group.
              • Children aged between 6 and 12 can reserve tickets for 50% off of adult tickets.
              • Children under 5 years of age can board for free with their guardians. However, an extra seat will not be provided.
              • Food and drink consumption is prohibited on the train to avoid the spread of COVID19.
              • The boarding gate will appear on the screen 15 minutes before departure. Please check if it is the correct train by looking at the departure and arrival times.
              • If you are accompanied by a wheelchair or stroller, please let Creatrip know beforehand at help@creatrip.com.
