        Introduction

        • Currently, K-ETA and Q-CODE are not mandatory, but you can skip the process of filling out arrival documents by applying for them.
        • If you apply for K-ETA, you are exempt from filling out the Arrival Card (a card-sized document), and if you apply for Q-CODE, you do not have to fill out the Health Questionnaire (yellow paper) on the airplane or upon arrival.
        • Apply for your K-ETA conveniently on one page and reduce your application time into half!
        • Have a swift and easy application; you only need to enter your passport photo and links to your accommodation(s).
        • This is the most affordable proxy service in Korea (Official application fee of 10,300 KRW included in the price).
        • The official application fee needs to be paid even if you're applying on the official website.
        • Most proxy services charge 50,000 - 120,000 KRW.
        • The application is available in various languages! (English, Thai, Japanese, Cantonese, Taiwanese)

          How To Use

          • *April 1, 2023 Update: As of April 1, 2023, a K-ETA is not mandatory for travelers from the following countries: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Singapore, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden. Please keep this in mind before you submit your application.

          Things To Keep In Mind

          • You must apply for K-ETA proxy service at least 3 days before entering Korea.
          • 1 application per person (1 person cannot apply for multiple).
          • The price includes the official application fee of 10,300 KRW (Application fee + service fee).
          • Refund/cancellation is not possible if the proxy application has already been sent in Creatrip.
          • However, if your passport photo and other requested information are unclear before we proceed with the application, the payment will be canceled.
          • The government does not currently have an official proxy service.
          • Applications will be made based on the information submitted and the screening will be conducted by the Office of Immigration in Korea.
          • Creatrip is not responsible for refusal or rejection made by the Office of Immigration.
          • The results will be sent to the email entered by the customer.
          • If you have not received the results by email, you can check the results on the official website with your passport number and date of birth.
          • The Office of Immigration usually takes 3 days to examine applications, depending on the number of applications.
          • You will receive a notification that your reservation is confirmed when the proxy application has been completed on our end; keep in mind that this does not indicate K-ETA approval.
          • ​When the reservation is confirmed, the applicant will receive an email containing their application number from the Office of Immigration. It may take approximately 2 days for final approval.
          • If you have an existing K-ETA, it will be extended regardless of the current validity period, and the validity period will be extended based on the newly received K-ETA.
