2. After the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within one business day, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

3. If you are using pick-up service, please arrive 10 minutes early to the designated meeting spot. The tour departs on time.

4. Enjoy the concert!

• Please make a reservation at least 3 days before the concert.
• This ticket is exclusively for foreigners (non-Korean nationals). You need to present your passport on-site to collect your tickets.
• Seating and performance order may be subject to change. Unless a cancellation or refund is announced by the organizers, refunds due to changes in the lineup are not possible.
• For those heading directly to the venue, please gather at the concert hall early and wait. 
• Instructions for ticket collection will be provided later via email or social media channels to customers going directly to the site, so please regularly check your email or social media once your reservation is confirmed.
• 2024 BOF concert and round-trip transportation are included in the price. Meals, personal expenses and travel insurance are not included in the price.
• This is a non-assigned seating ticket and will be randomly distributed on the day of the performance after ID verification. 
• Only those aged 15 and above (born in 2009 or before) can purchase this ticket.
• If it's found that the ticket was purchased through illegal means, the purchase will be canceled. 
• The ticket holder is responsible for any loss or damage to their ticket; under no circumstances the ticket can be reissued, and entry without a ticket is not allowed. 
• Entry may not be possible after the entrance deadline, or seating may be changed. 
• Re-entry to the venue is not allowed after the performance starts. 
• For safety reasons, bringing food inside is prohibited (except for water). 
• The use of tripods and large cameras are not allowed.
• Portable luggage (bags) allowed into the venue should not exceed the dimensions of 30x30 cm in length and width. 
• Illegal reservations and bookings by foreigners will result in cancellation without the possibility of a refund. 
• Generally, rain does not affect the schedule, but a full refund is possible in the event of a natural disaster. 
• The schedule is subject to change due to local conditions.
