2024 Incheon INK Concert & Incheon Tour (VIP Seats/Regular Seats)

1. Click 'Reserve' on the spot page and book the product according to the date and number of participants.

2. After the reservation is completed, it will be confirmed within 1-2 days.

3. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. The tour departs on time.

Hoehyeon Station Exit 7 Option A: September 7, 11:20 / Option B: September 6, 11:00 

Hongik Univ. Station Exit 3 Option A: September 7, 12:00 / Option B: September 6, 11:30

During Concert 

• This concert is available to individuals aged 14 and older (born in 2010 or earlier). Children under 13 (born in 2011 or later) and over 7 (born in 2017 or later) may enter if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• This ticket is for non-reserved seats and will be distributed on the day of the performance after ID verification.
• If it is found that tickets were purchased illegally in advance, the pre-purchase will be canceled.
• Performance details such as seating and the order of performances are subject to change based on the organizer's discretion.
• You are responsible for lost or damaged tickets. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, and entry is not possible without a ticket.
• Entry may not be allowed, or seats may change if you arrive after the entry deadline.
• Re-entry to the venue is not allowed after the performance begins.
• For safety reasons, no food or drink other than water is allowed inside the venue.
• Tripods, large cameras, and other equipments may not be allowed inside. 
• The size of carry-on bags allowed is 30x30 cm.
• Illegal reservations or bookings by foreigners will result in cancellation without a refund.

During Hotel Stay (Option B Only)

• Room type is a twin room for 2 people per room.
• For a triple room request, please contact help@creatrip.com (for 3 people, reserve 2 tickets and 1 ticket separately).
• Room assignments are randomly made, separated by gender (no mixed-gender rooms allowed).
• If the hotel is unable to accommodate reservations, a hotel of the same grade will be provided.
• The hotel is based on 2 people per room (if single, you will share a room with another person) and is randomly assigned.
• If you are traveling with a companion, please contact help@creatrip.com to request the same room.

Additional Notes

• Generally, rain does not affect the travel itinerary. In the case of natural disasters, a full refund is available.
• The itinerary is subject to change due to local circumstances.
