- Make cancellations up to 3 days prior to departure for a full refund. Cancellations 2 days in advance are eligible for 50% refunds. Cancellations made on the same day or day before departure are not eligible for a refund.

- Pickup service is available only at hotels in central Seoul. If the location of the hotel is too far and pick-up is difficult, we may ask you to come to a designated location to board the bus.
- The tour schedule is subject to change depending on traffic conditions on the day.
- Children under 24 months are free but extra seats will not be provided.
- At each location, a guide will guide you but at Heyri Art Village, you are free to roam as you like.
- Included in the tour price are the vehicle used during the tour and the guide. The customer will be responsible for personal expenses(food, etc.).
- The drop-off location is either Myeongdong Station or Hongik Univ. Station. Choose where you would like to be dropped off.
- Please keep in mind that the filming location for the K-dramas may be different depending on the on-site circumstances.
