1. Make a reservation on the Creatrip reservation page.
2. Enter the requested information in detail and make the full payment. Your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days.
3. Please arrive at the appointed meet-up location on time. The tour will depart on the dot. Tardiness will be taken as cancelation and will not be refunded.

1. Cancelations made for personal reasons
100% refund for cancellation requested 7 days prior to departure.
50% refund for cancellation requested 4 to 6 days prior to departure.
3 days prior ~ day of departure not eligible for a refund.
2. Partial refunds are not possible for cancelations in the middle of the tour due to personal reasons.
3. Even after purchase, your reservation may be canceled due to an insufficient number of tour participants or other reasons.
4. Only cancelations requested during operating hours can be applied. (Operating hours: Mon - Fri 10:00 - 19:00 / Closed on holidays and public holidays)

The tour operates all year round.
The tour runs at a minimum of 10 participants.
Departure dates: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Included: admission tickets, guide/driver tip, transportation/gas/toll fees
This product does not include traveler's insurance and other personal expenses.
The guide can speak English and Chinese.
Please make a reservation at least 7 days before your desired date.
To board the luge alone, the rider must be over 120cm and over 10 years of age.
Children over 85 cm are allowed to board the luge with their guardians, and those under 85 cm are not allowed on the ride.

The tour will proceed even on days of snow and rain. If weather conditions are severe, departure dates may be changed or tours can be refunded.
The schedule may change depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Infants under 36 months old can be accompanied free of charge, but will not be given a separate seat.
The tour will not wait for anyone. Please arrive at the meeting location on time.
