You must make the reservation on the Creatrip website in order to receive a discount. On-site discounts are not possible.
Reservations are automatically confirmed and the product can be picked up on the same day.
Cancelation Policy
You can only change or cancel the reservation date 3 days prior to receipt, but not after that. Also, you cannot get a refund after you've received the device.
Things To Keep In Mind
If you would like to change the date or have other questions, contact us at help@creatrip.com.
If you use up the 4GB of LTE even daily, you can use 5Mbps speed data indefinitely. 4GB will be newly charged at midnight.
If you use the services beyond the rental period, additional costs are incurred at the return site and will be charged at normal LG U+ rates (4,400 KRW/day) rather than the Creatrip discount price.
If the device is damaged or lost, you must report it immediately and pay for the damages made. If lost, damage costs will be returned if the device is found and returned within 14 days.
Please return the device to LG U+ counter on the departure or arrival floors in airports before you leave Korea.
Cash payment is not accepted at Gimpo International Airport.
