Inamjang specializes purely in ox bone soup. Things you should know: I. SERVICE Banchan and rice is self-serve. This is a nice feature because you don't have to rely on anyone to help you. Once you receive your check, you pay up front at the register before you leave. II. QUALITY The broth was flavorful and rich. Out of the banchan selection, the kimchi was particularly delicious. A serving of the signature dish is large, so we split it between the two of us. The soup contained plenty of meat. IV. CAPACITY We came on a Monday before dinner hours and the amount of available seating was high. Namjang Lee specializes in pure seolleongtang. What you need to know: I. Services Side dishes and rice are provided by yourself. This is a good feature because you don't have to wait for someone to help you. When you receive the bill, pay it in advance at the register before you leave. II. quality The broth was delicious and rich. Among the side dishes, kimchi was especially delicious. The main dish was large so we shared it between two people. The soup had plenty of meat in it. IV. capacity We visited on a Monday before dinner time and there were plenty of seats available.
