How To Use
- Make a reservation at least 2 days prior to usage.
- The last entry is one hour before the deadline. If you purchased the ticket package, we recommend that you arrive at least 2 hours before the last entry.
- You can not re-enter after leaving.
- You must present the voucher at the ticket office and exchange it for a physical copy of the ticket.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancellations and refunds must be made at least 3 days before the reserved date.
- Unused tickets can only be refunded within the expiration date. Please note that refunds aren't available after the expiration date.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by adults.
- You can enter the Running Man Experience Center only if you are over 110cm tall.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with disabilities may be restricted from participating.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable, active pants when visiting.
- If you purchased the Running Man + You, My Muse exhibition package ticket you must visit them both in one day. You cannot visit on different dates.
