How To Use
- You can purchase your SIM at a discounted price if you make your purchase through Creatrip.
- When the prepaid SIM period expires, you must visit or contact Chingu Prepaid Phone.
- For customers who have purchased the SIM card, if you enter the country by 5PM, it will be activated immediately after entry processing at the Korea Immigration Office (usually within 1-2 hours) after entry, and will be opened after 5 PM or on Sunday, it will be activated the next day.
- If the SIM does not work even after activation, please take it out and put it back in 3 to 4 times, and reboot your phone.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancellation/refund is not available after your reservation has been confirmed.
- Please note that if you enter an invalid address, the SIM card may be automatically returned by the shipping company. Please note that in these cases, cancellation or refund is not possible.
Things To Keep In Mind
- It may take up to 14 ays from the purchase date to delivery date. If you want to receive it safely, please place your order at least two weeks in advance to account for shipping and handling times.
- The address that is given as the delivery address must be searchable on 'Google Maps'. Be sure to search the address you provide before entering it.
- After the ARC is issued, please apply for a change through Chingu Prepaid Phone (QR check-in, real-name authentication on Korean websites will be possible).
- Entry status is checked based on the entry date and entry time submitted at the time of purchase. This is important information for opening a SIM card, so please enter if correctly.
- Even if you have already received a SIM card, if your entry date or arrival time changes, please be sure to contact help@creatrip.com
- International SIM shipments are usually customs duty free and you will not be required to pay customs duties. However in the case that you are requested to pay, please pay up front and request a refund. If you send a copy of your receipt of payment to help@creatrip.com, we will be able to process your refund.
- Currently, we cannot ship to Australia, New Zealand, Russia, and Indonesia. (These countries do not have EMS shipping)
- We are unable to let you know your phone number in advance as SIMs are activated upon arrival in Korea.
- After arriving at the airport, if you want to quickly get your SIM, please pass the entry confirmation information to Chingu Prepaid Phone.
- If you are applying for a visa and cannot provide a passport photo, please send it to help@creatrip.com and we will guide you.
- If you have an alien registration card, you cannot open it with your passport. Please scan your alien registration card and send it to help@creatrip.com!
- If you are applying for an alien registration card, you cannot open it with your passport. After you have completed issuing your ARC, please scan your ARC and send it to help@creatrip.com.
- In the case that you open your plan using your passport, your plan will be automatically canceled when you leave the country.
- SIM cards will be sequentially activated starting from 10:00 to 19:00 on Monday through Saturday. Activation is not available on Sundays.
- Same-day activation is only available for people who arrive in Korea before 17:00.
- After you activate a 30-day plan SIM card, you cannot get a new 30-day plan SIM card for the next 94 days.
