How To Use
- You can purchase your SIM at a discounted price if you make your purchase through Creatrip.
- Customers who have purchased the SIM card can use it immediately by inserting the SIM card after entering the country. Please note the expiration date as the date of use is counted from the date of entry.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancellation / refund is not available after your reservation has been confirmed.
- If you enter an invalid address, the SIM card may be automatically returned by the shipping company. Please note that in these cases, cancellation or refund is not possible.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Due to the nature of the prepaid SIM, there is no cancellation or suspensions allowed.
- It may take up to 14 days from the purchase date to the delivery date. If you want to ensure that you receive your SIM in time, please place your order at least two weeks in advance to account for shipping and handling times.
- The address that is given as the delivery address must be searchable on 'Google Maps'. Be sure to search the address you provide before entering it.
- The SIM is valid for 3 months. You must enter the country and use it within 3 months.
- International SIM shipments are usually customs duty free and you will not be required to pay customs duties. However in the case that you are requested to pay, please pay up front and request a refund. If you send a copy of your receipt of payment to help@creatrip.com, we will be able to process your refund.
- Currently, we cannot ship to Australia, New Zealand, Russia, and Indonesia. (These countries do not have EMS shipping)
