Things To Keep In Mind
- The tour is held every first and third Saturday of September and October (9/4, 9/18, 10/2, 10/16).
- Reservations must be booked by 10am 3 days before your selected date.
- There is no minimum, but a there is a maximum of 40 seats per tour
- You can get a 100% full refund by 10 am 3 days before the shuttle service date. Refunds are unavailable after 10am 3 days before your reservation.
- Includes round-trip transportation buses, vehicle insurance, special dog seats and seatbelts, toilet pads, pet waste bags, and pet bike boarding pass (if you choose the pet bike option).
- Nami Island admission tickets, meals, and traveler's insurance are not included.
- Depending on the traffic and weather conditions, there may be changes in the schedule.
- Not possible to select bus seat when booking a tour.
- Infants under 3 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian, but seats will not be available. (No charge for infants)
- For people with a stroller or wheelchair, contact us in advance and we'll make space for them.
- Travel may be canceled due to natural disasters, such as bad weather, and coronavirus restrictions. In this case, the reservation fee will be fully refunded.
- The default option is mandatory. The additional pet bike option is optional.
- Nami Island: Dogs under 15kg can enter Nami Island (free entrance fee for pets)
- Gyeonggang Station Rail Bike: Only dogs under 10kg can ride pet bikes.
- The Gyeonggang Station Rail Bike Pet Bike is a four-seater bike (+ pet seat), so one adult cannot operate it alone.
- Pet bikes are available for each group with at least two to four people and one pet dog. (2 or more dogs can ride if their combined weight is less than 10kg)
- Up to one pet per passenger can travel together. (e.g. 1 person + 1 dog, 2 people + 2 dogs / 1 person + 2 dogs not allowed)
- For safety reasons, a harness (or leash) and seat belt are mandatory for pets.
- Dogs under 15kg can ride the shuttle bus.
- Dogs aged 16 or older or younger than 9 months cannot participate.
- The bus will not stop anywhere besides the rest area, so please take your dog for a walk so it can go to the bathroom before boarding.
- Please refrain from touching or giving snacks to other dogs without permission, and be careful not to harm other dogs.
- Please prepare items for your dog yourself. (food, extra water, wet wipes, blankets, etc.)
- For a safe trip, always pay attention to your dog and its surroundings. In the case of an unexpected situation, the responsibility lies with the owner.
- For everyone's safety, make sure to wear a mask on the bus. Hand sanitizer is provided on the bus.
- Breeds specified in the Enforcement Rules of the Animal Protection Act are not allowed to participate in the tour. (Tosa, American Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler and any dogs mixed with these breeds)
