- If you would like to change your reservation after it has been confirmed, please contact help@creatrip.com.
- Please book your reservation at least 3 days in advance.
- Refunds are available up to 3 days before the surgery date. Refunds are unavailable if your surgery date has been confirmed.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled automatically and the deposit will not be refunded.
