How To Use
- You can book beforehand via Creatrip for a discount. (The offer will not be applied for those buying directly at the store).
- Reservations can be made from Monday to Saturday.
- Only those that are currently residing in Korea or have travel plans to Korea can apply for the SIM.
- If you have not entered Korea and would like to receive your SIM in person on the day of entry, please let us know in advance your exact date of arrival. Your SIM will be available on the day of your entry.
- This is a prepaid SIM service so the service cannot be canceled or paused. If you want to extend the usage period, please contact Chingu Mobile Service directly.
- If you initially registered with your passport information, after receiving your alien registration card, you can request an update at Chingu Mobile Service to be able to use the QR check and identity verification feature (you can keep the number in use).
- Same-day activation is only available for people who arrive in Korea before 17:00.
- If the SIM does not work even after activation, please take it out and put it back in 3 to 4 times, and reboot your phone.

Cancelation Policy
- SIM bookings can only be canceled or changed at least 3 days before the date of receipt of the SIM card, If you want to change your SIM pick up date, please contact help@creatrip.com
Things To Keep In Mind
- If you want to pick up the SIM card directly at the store, please inform Creatrip in advance of the store you will pick it up at. If you want to change the pick up store, please contact help@creatrip.com
- Shipping may take 1-2 days longer than expected depending on the circumstances.
- The 30 day and 60 day plans cannot be extended. Customers who wish to extend must reserve the 90 day plan.
- In the case that you open your plan using your passport, your plan will be automatically canceled when you leave the country.
- If you have an alien registration card, you cannot open it with your passport. Please scan your alien registration card and send it to help@creatrip.com!
- If you are applying for an alien registration card, you cannot open it with your passport. After you have completed issuing your ARC, please scan your ARC and send it to help@creatrip.com.
- (Airport pick-up) Pick-up is only available at Incheon International Airport. The uSIM will be activated within 1 - 2 hours during Chingu Mobile Activation Hours(Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 19:00). If you wish for a faster activation, please contact Chingu Mobile on their socials.
- (Airport pick-up) If any issues occur after pick-up or if you have any inquiries, please contact help@creatrip.com or Chingu Mobile on their socials. (The pick-up booth at the airport will not take in any inquiries)

- To contact Chingu Mobile through Kakao Talk, you need to find them under 'Channels'. (Kakaotalk Channel: chingumobile)
- When you use up all 300MB speed data, you will receive an automated message notifying you of your usage. You can still connect to the internet with 3Mbps/sec speed.
- SIM cards will be sequentially activated starting from 10:00 to 19:00 on Monday through Saturday. Activation is not available on Sundays.
- After you activate a 30-day plan SIM card, you cannot get a new 30-day plan SIM card for the next 94 days.
