3. Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early. After arriving at Sokcho Express Bus Terminal, visit the tourist information center inside to verify your reservation.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations up to 2 days before the tour: Full Refund
Refund periods are based on business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the refund period.
Cancellation requests can only be accepted during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Things To Keep In Mind

Reservations are available for 1 to 4 people at a fixed price of 33,000 KRW, regardless of the number of participants.
Please note that meals and entrance fees are not included in the price.
You must bring a valid ID.
According to the policy, the same group cannot make more than one reservation a day. (Separate people in the same group also cannot make a reservation thus, one reservation per group.)
Additional charges may apply if the schedule and time are changed after booking.
If the tour exceeds the scheduled 3 hours, the tour cannot be renewed as a new tour and you will have to pay an additional 20,000 KRW per hour (the amount will be paid to the driver directly on-site).
