When entering the delivery address, you must enter the correct room number (eg, A-Apartment 201, 103). If you enter only the apartment name and room number, the delivery will be difficult and no refund will be given.
Delivery to companies, hotel rooms, school classrooms, or celebrity lodgings/company is not available. Even if it is returned, it will be non refundable. When delivering to a hotel, the courier cannot walk to the door due to security concerns. You must wait in the lobby at the scheduled time and be ready to pick up your order.
