Reservation Info

  • You can book 30 days in advance for the Hongdae location.
  • The price at the time of booking does not include the 10% Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by the Korean government (applicable for both card and cash payments).
  • The VAT of 10% must be paid on-site at the time of payment (both card and cash).
  • Tax refund is available regardless of payment method, whether it is cash or card.
  • You may make changes to your procedure on-site after consultation without having to make a change to the existing reservation.
  • Please make a reservation by selecting the right amount of people.
  • One person can make reservation for 2 or more products.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancelations must be made at least 3 days before the booked date.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please arrive at the store on time and present the Creatrip reservation confirmation voucher.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your reservation will be canceled with no refunds and rescheduling is not possible.
  • After getting your semi-permanent eyeliner tattoo, please wash your face only using clean water.
  • The tattooed area can get itchy and dry. This is normal and should go away after a few days. Within the week after the procedure, please refrain from vigorous exercise that causes sweating, swimming, the sauna, etc.
  • If you want to get your tattoo repaired, please get it done at least 6 weeks after your original tattoo.
  • Please refrain from getting your teeth whitened within the 8 weeks after your procedure.
  • If you would like to make changes to your reservation or have any questions, please contact help@creatrip.com.
  • The listed prices are subject to change and only apply if you visit within the specified time period.
