  • Reservations are limited to the first 5 people per date. Once this limit is reached, we will notify you and your purchase may be subject to cancellation.
  • The tour product will open in April 24th. (Detailed schedule undecided)
  • Tour is mandatory. Customers who cannot attend the tour cannot purchase this product, so please purchase carefully.
  • The Show entry order is determined by the attendance check order at the start of the tour.
  • This product is only available for foreigners over 15 years old. Those under 15 years old can participate with a parent.
  • Check the tour course that changes monthly and arrive at the meeting place by 1 p.m. Look for the flag at the assembly point.
  • All tour participants will be provided with a commemorative travel accessory bag.

Reservation Info

  1. Please fill in the required information in detail
  2. Proceed with full payment
  3. After payment is completed, the reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and the voucher will be sent. If the reservation is not possible due to cancellation, sold out, etc., we will inform you in advance and provide a 100% refund.
  4. Check the monthly changing tour course and arrive at the meeting place by 1 pm. Look for the flag at the meeting point.
  5. Please present your reservation voucher by email to the Seoul Pass on-site staff. After the tour ends, move to the SBS Prism Tower.



*Directions: Exit 9 of Digital Media City Station → Walk straight for 5-10 minutes → SBS Prism Tower is on the left.

Cancelation Policy

  • Canceled at least 7 days before reserved date: 100% refund
  • Canceld 6 days before reserved date and later: No refund
  • In the event of cancelation, sold-out situations, or any other circumstances that make the reservation impossible, we will inform you in advance and provide a 100% refund.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • This product is for foreigners only.
  • Please make a reservation by 3 days prior to your desired date. After confirming the reservation, the voucher will be sent via email.
  • You can check the information about the SBS The Show performers on @THE SHOW (Twitter).
  • Please follow the staff's instructions while inside the SBS Prism Building.
  • During filming, you are not allowed to leave the premises. If you need to use the restroom, please inform the staff in advance.
  • Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and seat changes are not allowed.
  • The seats are located on the 3rd floor, requiring you to climb stairs. If you have difficulty with stairs, please inform us in advance.
  • Due to installed lighting and broadcast cameras inside the venue, the view may be obstructed. However, refunds or seat changes due to this reason are not possible.
  • The use of cameras, camcorders, and cell phones for recording is prohibited. You may be asked to leave without warning if caught recording.
  • The use of mobile phones is allowed only during the real-time voting VCR and until the next song ends.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
  • If you wish to make changes to your reservation, please contact help@creatrip.com at least 4 days in advance.
