Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please make a reservation at least 2 days prior to usage.
  • Cancellations and changes can be made until 3 days before the reserved date.
  • If you have any inquiries about the product, contact help@creatrip.com.
  • Infant under 2 can enter free of charge. (Must have a passport to identify age)
  • Children under 12 have to enter with an adult.
  • Food, drinks, selfie-stick, and tripod are not allowed inside.
  • You will be provided a basket to store your belongings. For larger belongings please use the locker.
  • Take your shoes off when you enter the ball pools.
  • Re-enters are not allowed.
