The flight back to Taiwan takes off at around 7am. It is very convenient to order a special car for departure at 4am without having to drag heavy luggage. After arriving at the airport, the driver was very kind and proactively informed the counter of the airline he was traveling on. He will order again next time.

The only problem: I hope that the airport drop-off line or communication software can be added in advance, because I only received the driver’s line friend 30 minutes before departure, which will inevitably make me a little worried. There are no other problems. The driver will arrive early as usual (this is the fourth trip) and proactively inform us of the flight delay (but we can’t postpone it for shopping after we get on the bus)...

          Things To Keep In Mind

          • Please complete your reservation at least 2 days in advance.
          • After your reservation is confirmed, please check your voucher. The voucher includes the driver's name, contact number, and car license plate.
          • The voucher will be sent at 21:00, on the day before the pickup date.
          • The driver will be waiting holding a picket. Input your name accurately!
          • Set the pickup time to 1~2 hours after landing, taking into account time for entry procedures.
          • If you're over 30 minutes late to the reservation time, it will be considered a no-show, and refund will not be provided.
          • In case of a long delay, additional costs may occur.
          • In case of delays due to delayed flights, the driver will wait with no additional cost. If the driver cannot operate due to the delay, a 100% refund will be provided. Document proof of the flight's delay must be provided in this instance.
          • Infant car seats are not available for separate rental.
          • If there are two separate accommodations that need drop off services, please be sure to add the 'Extra Stop' option.
