Things To Keep In Mind

  • You may arrive at the reserved time. You do not need to arrive earlier than the reserved time.
  • If you do not select the makeup service, the wedding experience will begin 30 minutes after your reserved time.
  • If you do select the makeup service, the wedding experience will begin 1 hour and 30 minutes after your reserved time.
  • If you want your makeup done, you have to reserve it beforehand. On-site request is not possible.
  • Free delivery to hotels within a 3km distance of Insadong and will be delivered within 1-2 days. Deliveries to distances further will cost 20,000 KRW.
  • After the wedding experience, all hanboks have to be returned. You cannot go outside with the wedding hanbok on.
  • Creatrip members can rent general hanboks for 3 hours to go outside.
  • Photos will be processed within 1-2 days. (Please reserve after considering your travel itinerary)
  • All photos will be color corrected. The photo chosen to be framed will be photoshopped in detail.
