  • Rather than taking an expensive taxi to your hotel, it is easier to use TripEasy's luggage delivery service. 
  • If you drop off your luggage at the airport or at the front desk of the hotel, you can pick it up conveniently later on without having to carry it around. 
  • If you drop it off early, you can pick it up on the same day, so you don't need to worry about carrying around your luggage and can start your trip right from the airport! 
  • Unlike other services, Tripeasy is available at accommodations in the Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon areas.

Reservation Info

  1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
  2. Complete the full payment.
  3. Your reservation will be confirmed within 1–2 business days after the payment is completed.
  4. After confirmation, details will be sent via social media.
  5. Please add tripeasy2018 on Line/Wechat/KaKaoTalk, or +82 10-8438-5301 on WhatsApp, and send the following details in a message:
    • Reservation number
    • Name of the person booking
    • Date and time for luggage drop-off
  6. Make sure to drop off your luggage at the scheduled time to use the service!

1. Incheon Airport Terminal 1

  • Hours: Mon-Sun 08:00~22:00
  • N counter at the departure hall (3rd floor), booth 21,22

2. Incheon Airport Terminal 2

  • Hours: Mon-Sun 08:00~22:00
  • Travel agency booth next to Counter K in the arrivals hall on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2.

Hotel

  • Hours: Please check the operating hours of your hotel. (Confirm in advance whether the hotel offers a pickup service.)
  • Pickup Location: Picked up at the exit with a name sign. (Please enter your name and flight number accurately in English.)

Incheon Airport > Hotel

  • Drop-off Hours: 08:00–21:00 (Service is available only if you arrive by 21:00.)
  • For items dropped off before 17:00, same-day delivery is possible.
  • For items dropped off after 17:00, delivery will be made the next day.

Hotel > Incheon Airport

  • Drop-off Hours: 08:00–10:00
  • If your flight departs before 3 p.m., please schedule luggage delivery to the airport the day before between 08:00 and 10:00. Luggage will be available for pickup starting at 08:00 the following morning.
  • If your flight departs after 3 p.m., please schedule luggage delivery to the airport on the day of departure between 08:00 and 10:00. Luggage will be available for pickup starting at 15:00 on the same day.

Cancelation Policy

  • In the case that the service is unavailable due to traffic or weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • A 100% refund is provided for cancellations until 1 day prior to the reservation date, and no refund is available after that date.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Details of your reservation will be confirmed through SNS, so please add tripeasy2018 on LINE/Wechat/KakaoTalk or +82 10-8438-5301 on WhatsApp.
  • Regarding adding LINE friends, adding the LINE ID (tripeasy2018) is temporarily unavailable; please search for our new official account (@320nyxfo) instead.
    • Tripeasy SNS Online Hours: 
    • Reservations: Weekdays 09:00 - 18:00
    • Delivery, Pick-up: Every day 09:00 - 22:00
  • Before dropping off your luggage at your hotel, please check if the service is available at your hotel. 
  • If you are leaving your luggage at the hotel, please make sure to leave your luggage before 10:00. 
  • Please check whether your hotel is eligible for this service. Available range: All areas of Seoul, Incheon (all areas except Ongjin and Ganghwa), parts of Gyeonggi-do (Goyang, Gimpo, Bucheon, Ansan, Shiheung, Anyang, Gwangmygong, Gunpo, Gwacheon). 
  • It may take a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 8 hours for your luggage to be delivered. If your luggage is not retrieved, it will be stored for up to 30 days (Storage fees may apply).
  • In the case that any luggage is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the service provider, you will receive up to 500,000 KRW in reimbursements.
  • Luggage exceeding 25 kg can be transported, but there will be no compensation in the case that there is damage to the wheels or handles.
  • Please take personal care of your passport, identification, and valuables. 
  • In the case that the service is unavailable due to traffic or weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund. 
  • Please be on time. If you are going to be late, make sure to contact TripEasy! 
  • There must be a minimum of 6 hours between the luggage storage and collection time. 
  • If you wish to transport any special luggage items such as golf bags, strollers, or bicycles, please contact us in advance at help@creatrip.com.
  • A 100% refund is provided for cancellations until 1 day prior to the reservation date, and no refund is available after that date. 
  • To change or cancel your reservation, contact us at help@creatrip.com at least 1 day prior to the reservation date.
  • Please kindly inform the hotel that the luggage pickup request has been made to the luggage delivery company before 10:00 for hotel pickup.
  • In the event that your luggage is not available upon the driver's arrival, it may be canceled as a no-show.
  • Please attach a tag with "TRIPEASY" written on it to your bag for pickup after confirmation.
  • Please make sure to enter the same name for your hotel reservation and Tripeasy reservation. 
  • Starting in December 2024, Summit Hotel will switch to charging storage fees in euros, and the service will no longer be available.
