Reservations that are made with the purpose of re-selling will be canceled without prior notice.

I have always been a supporter of Creatrip. This time I went to Seoul for the annual vacation. I bought 4 coupons for the VIP lounges for my family on the return trip. But when I arrived at the airport that day, I found that there was a long queue at each VIP room; I often go to Seoul myself. Traveling, I have been there before during the Chinese New Year, but this is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and in the end we were unable to enter and use it before boarding the plane. I wrote to Creatrip customer service, and the customer service told me that there is a note before the purchase. If the VIP room is full, Entry will be limited, so there is no refund. Please think twice before buying, because we spent more than NT$3,000 and ended up buying a lonely one.
