      • The admission tickets are exclusively for foreigners, and they are not available for purchase for domestic visitors.
      • Children under 18 months can enter for free, and children between 18 months and 36 months can enjoy a 30% discount at the ticket counter with a passport as proof of age.
      • Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
      • Please note that the activity schedule may be subject to slight changes based on the health of the animals, so make sure to check the timetable at the venue.
      • If you are interested in special experiences, you can inquire and apply for them on-site.
      • Due to safety reasons, strollers are not allowed inside, so you can leave them at the entrance.
      • Please be aware that for safety reasons, you may need to wait in line for 15 to 30 minutes, and refunds due to waiting times will not be possible.
      • To comply with animal ethics policies, touching animals inside the facility is not allowed.
