I had steamed kimchi and beef soft tofu for lunch.
The beef soft tofu looks greasy and spicy due to the red oil it looks like.
It is neither greasy nor spicy.
It tastes like a mild beef stew.
It's a taste that Koreans would like.

I liked the kimchi stew because it was made with sour kimchi.
Personally, I like soft kimchi stew.
The stem part here is crunchy kimchi stew.
The meat appears to be sirloin.
It's soft and tender, but it's so lean that it's a bit dry, but it seems to have a good texture to eat with kimchi, and it doesn't have any stickiness.
The amount of kimchi stew is quite large.

There is unlimited rice for lunch here.
Dongdongju is provided free of charge, so you can enjoy it with it.
