I booked a one-hour photoshoot from Creatrip! It seems that you can request the location on the day. I had my photo taken at Gyeongbokgung Palace. The photographer kindly instructed me on poses and expressions while using simple English, which made it easy to take photos. (It was a bit annoying that the photographer's cell phone rang frequently during the shoot^^;) It was a sunny, hot day in June, but the photographer was considerate and moved my parasol and luggage during the shoot. I can't wait to see the finished product, as they will choose five photos from the ones I took and develop and edit them!

        • Reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance. Please ensure to follow the reserved date and time. It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes before the reserved time.

        Cancelation Policy

        • Reservation changes or cancellations must be completed at least 7 days prior to the visit for a full refund.
        • Changes to the reservation should be made by sending an email to help@creatrip.com.

        Things To Keep In Mind

        • Reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance. Please ensure to follow the reserved date and time. It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes before the reserved time.
        • If you are wearing a hanbok (Korean traditional clothing) for the photo shoot, please consider the time needed for dressing when scheduling the shooting time.
        • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late from the reserved time, additional charges may apply, or the reservation may be canceled.
        • Hanbok rentals are separate and hair and makeup services are not provided.
        • Please note that communication in Chinese is not possible. Only communication in English is available.
        • The reservation will be confirmed within 1 business day.
        • The original snapshots will be sent via email within a week. Please select the photos you want to be edited and send them back to the Bukchon Photo Studio email, and the edited photos will be sent via email within two weeks from the selection date.
        • The edited studio photos will be sent via email within 2 hours. Printed photos can be picked up 2 hours later, and for photos taken after 16:30 KST, they can be picked up the next day. If you purchase the originals, they will be sent immediately.
        • The delivery time for the originals and edited photos may vary depending on the company's situation.
