Things To Keep In Mind

  • The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on weather, traffic conditions, or New Year's events.
  • We recommend having dinner before departure and bringing snacks or a light meal with you.
  • The "DDP 2025 New Year's Countdown Event" is not included in the tour. Guests are free to participate in the event, and if you wish to attend, we suggest arriving earlier than the tour meeting time to enjoy the event.
  • Please follow the instructions provided by the travel agency after your reservation is confirmed.
  • Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. For the convenience of other customers, the shuttle bus will depart for the next stop immediately.
  • Departure time may be delayed due to road conditions on the day.
  • Generally, the travel itinerary is not affected by rainy days.
  • In case of severe natural disasters making travel impossible, you can receive a full refund.
  • Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats, meals, or admission tickets.
  • This tour is not suitable for guests using strollers or wheelchairs.
  • One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.
